Help to Reduce Fibroids Naturally

The human body is a beautiful and fascinating organism.  As we age, we realize that there is a lot of work involved in making the human body function properly.  Eating the right foods, exercising, and getting enough sleep is very important.  Spiritually and emotionally it is important to keep stress and anxiety at a minimum. Fibroids are non-cancerous tumors that are found both inside and outside of the uterus and they are a burden and concern to many women all over the world.  Here are some ways, through personal experience, that I have learned to reduce some of the symptoms of fibroids.  

The Kidneys and Liver

The kidneys and the liver play a vital role in the formation of fibroids.  It is crucial to cleanse the kidneys and the liver from time to time.  The role of these organs is to remove toxins from the body.  If the toxins are not being removed or these organs are “sluggish” this will cause fibroids to appear. This is further explained when it is said, “With all of the bad habits that you develop, including eating junk food throughout your life, your liver is most likely to become clogged at some point.”  There are different ways to clean and flush the kidneys and the liver.  Intense cleansing treatments exist and there are also gentle treatments that can be done every week.  The lemon cleanse is one of the simplest treatments to do and it can be done every day.  Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar is another product that can be used to cleanse the body.

Eliminating Toxins and Estrogen

Many foods that we eat and products that we use can cause fibroids to increase.  One hormone that has been linked to the growth of fibroids is estrogen.  There are foods that naturally contain estrogens and there are foods that can be eaten to eliminate or reduce estrogen in the body. 

There are also chemicals that are present in creams and hair products that contribute to the growth of fibroids.  A chemical that is used in many products are chemicals that end in the word paraben. When paying attention and analyzing products it will be discovered that there are many products with these chemicals. 

Finally, the foods we eat also contain chemicals.  Changes have to be made to eat more organic products.   An increase in the consumption of fruits and vegetables is ideal, especially spinach and broccoli. These vegetables help with the reduction of estrogen levels.

Meditation and Prayer

Meditation and prayer are essential to developing a better attitude towards life and creating a healthier body.  Negative thoughts and undesirable feelings play a role on the condition of the body. There are many ways to meditate and there are many programs out there to help people.  One type of meditation that is very helpful, especially for women, is the meditations of Kenji Kumara .
